CUSTOM PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT NTEC works with schools to initiate Custom Professional Development programs determined by the needs of the school. NTEC recognizes that schools have different needs and will discern and address these needs through a program partnership. NTEC’s Mentoring Program will provide coaches who will work with your school leadership team to implement an instructional program that supports your school’s learning goals.
