COMPLETE YOUR ACCELERATED BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAM ON-THE-JOB

The Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree program provides you with an opportunity to earn your bachelor’s degree and teaching license while keeping your full-time job. You will also receive real-world experience in the classroom via a required student-teaching assignment. Depending on previous coursework, students may transfer in credits to satisfy general education requirements toward the degree.

The Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program is offered in the following areas:

   • Special Education, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and a special education teaching certificate

   • Elementary Education, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and an elementary teaching certificate

 

After successfully completing the program of your choice, you will be eligible to continue your studies and earn a Bilingual or ESL endorsement with an extra semester of coursework.
