CUSTOM PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

NTEC works with schools to initiate Custom Professional Development programs determined by the needs of the school. NTEC recognizes that schools have different needs and will discern and address these needs through a program partnership.

NTEC’s Mentoring Program will provide coaches who will work with your school leadership team to implement an instructional program that supports your school’s learning goals.

This program has really changed the way I look at my students. I look for ways to motivate them now, instead of focusing on the things they do that drive me crazy. I am doing a lot more behavior modeling, and a lot more positive reinforcement for behaviors I want to encourage. I am glad to have had this opportunity to look at my own classroom management style, and am happy to be moving on in a more positive direction.
