MASTER OF SCIENCE IN EDUCATION WITH A READING TEACHER ENDORSEMENT
The Master of Science in Education is offered to currently licensed teachers wishing to earn a master's degree and a Reading Teacher Endorsement.

HOW IT WORKS
The program is offered in a blended, online format, with both online instruction and face-to-face seminars offered at convenient locations near you. The blended format allows you a flexible schedule during the day.
As part of this 36-credit reading teacher training program, candidates will take the 24 credits required to earn a Reading Teacher endorsement.
You can complete the degree in as short a time as 18 months. There are no testing requirements to enter the program. However, candidates for the Reading Teacher endorsement in Illinois will need to pass the Subject Matter Content Test in Reading before earning the endorsement.
