MASTER OF SCIENCE IN EDUCATION - GENERAL EDUCATION

If you want to pursue a secondary education degree and want to earn your Wisconsin or Illinois teaching certificate, NTEC can help you accomplish your goal.

NTEC offers a Master of Science in Education leading to a secondary teaching license (currently, in Illinois or Wisconsin) in several disciplines, including:


   • Math
   • Biology
   • Elementary Education


Each of these teacher certification programs is offered with an option for a Bilingual or ESL endorsement.

Math and Biology candidates may elect to participate in the on-the-job Alternative Certification Track of the program.

The required 32 credits of math or biology coursework must be completed prior to starting the program.
